Vincarb NHGKS4 – CaCO3 Powder for Footwear

Vincarb NHGKS4 is an ultra-fine coated calcium carbonate powder specifically designed for PVC Compounds used in the production of Footwear. This grade is engineered for high-speed injection molding where flow is everything. The Stearic Acid treatment reduces internal friction during processing, preventing “scorch” marks and ensuring that complex sole designs are filled perfectly every time. By optimizing DOP oil absorption at 23g/100g, NHGKS4 allows for a more flexible final product that can withstand millions of flex-cycles without cracking.
