NH-Hcarb NHGKS21 – CaCO3 Powder for PP Non-woven

NH-Hcarb NHGKS21 is an ultra-fine coated calcium carbonate powder specifically designed for Masterbatches used in the production of PP Non-woven fabrics. The active surface coating on NHGKS21 reduces the friction between the polymer melt and the spinneret. This leads to longer production runs with fewer shutdowns for cleaning. Its 2.65 – 2.7 g/cm³ density is perfectly balanced to ensure the filler stays evenly suspended in the melt, resulting in a fabric with uniform thickness and superior softness.
