Vincarb NHGKS16 – CaCO3 Powder for Rubber

Vincarb NHGKS16 is an ultra-fine uncoated calcium carbonate powder specifically designed for Rubber applications. This grade focuses on the mechanical synergy between the mineral and the rubber polymer. The 98.5% CaCO3 purity ensures that no chemical side-reactions interfere with the vulcanization process. By keeping moisture at 0.2%, it prevents internal steam pockets during high-temperature molding, resulting in a denser, stronger rubber product with better tensile strength and a cleaner finish.
